7 AM : Registration opens
8 AM to 4 PM : Trainings and Workshops
8 AM to 9:30 AM: General Session
9:30 AM to 11:30 AM: New Member Orientation

Prices

  • Committee Registration (on volunteer list) – $10
  • Early Registration online until Wednesday, January 23rd, 11:59 PM – $10
  • 7 Club Officers online until Wednesday, January 23rd, 11:59 PM – $56
  • Saturday Walk-in Registration at the Door – $12

Parking

  • Recommended parking lots: Lot 2 and Lot 3
  • Cost: $8.00 Day Pass (cash, coin, credit/debit cards)
    Although the dispensers will accept credit/debit cards, we recommend to bring cash, too just in case that the machine does not take a card.
  • Dispensers are located at:
    • Lot 2 – Southwest corner under shelter / Northeast corner under shelter near stairway
    • Lot 3 – Northwest corner under shelter / Southeast corner, near motorcycle parking under shelter
  • Some Street Parking North Side of Victoria

    1. It’s 5:48 Wednesday and I can’t register early registration because it won’t let me add to cart. Can you put me down as an early bird and I will bring the $10 at the door.

I would suggest to leave registration open in the entirety of the event, and not close online regustration. it relieves some chaos at cash registration at the door in the morning. the othe advantage is your payment is up front electronically, eliminating receipts. Less labor intensive, chaos and a better flow of the event. Also, it didn’t allow me and 3 new members to register online.
