Spring Renewal Super Winner Incentive
January 2023 – February 14, 2023
The first 20 clubs to confirm Spring Renewal as “verified complete” by February 14, 2023, the clubs will each receive $30 District Dollars. “Verified complete” means there are at least 8 paid members, at least 3 of whom were members of the club during the previous renewal period.
Spring Renewal Early Bird Incentive
February 15, 2023 – March 15, 2023
The first 15 clubs to confirm Spring Renewal as “verified complete” between February 15 and March 15, 2023, the clubs will each receive $20 District Dollars. “Verified complete” means there are at least 8 paid members, at least 3 of whom were members of the club during the previous renewal period.
Spring Renewal Shout-Out Incentive
March 15, 2023 – March 20, 2023
The first 5 clubs to confirm Spring Renewal as “verified complete” between March 16 and March 20, 2023, the clubs will each receive $10 District Dollars. “Verified complete” means there are at least 8 paid members, at least 3 of whom were members of the club during the previous renewal period.
Talk Up Toastmasters District 1 incentive
February 1 2023– March 31, 2023
The first 3 clubs to add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members between February 1 and March 31, 2023, will each receive $15 District Dollars.
Spring Is In the Air! Open House Incentive
April 1, 2023 – April 30,2023
The first 8 clubs to enroll new member(s) at an open house during the month of April 2023 will each receive $20 District Dollars. The Open house must be advertised on the District 1 website and names provided to the Club Growth Director for verification.
District 1 Membership Award Incentive
January 2023 – March 31, 2023
According to the club membership base, the first 20 clubs to expand paid membership by 10% or more by the end of the Spring Renewal period – March 31, 2023 – will each receive a Star Award and be recognized at the District 1 2022-2023 Spring Conference.
Beat the Clock District 1 incentive
May 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023
The first 3 clubs to add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members between May 1 and June 30, 2023,will each receive $15 District Dollars.
District 1 20-Plus Gold Star Award Incentive
January 2023 – March 31, 2023
Achieve and/or maintain charter strength of 20 or more paid members by March 31, 2023 – SpringRenewal. The club treasurer will receive recognition at the District 1 2022-2023 Spring Conference. The club will receive the Gold Star Award.
Speechcraft Superstar Incentive
January 1 2023 – June 30, 2023
The first 9 clubs to coordinate a Speechcraft program and recruit new member(s), the coordinator will each receive $10 District Dollars.
Details of the program – dates, coordinator name, and the new member(s) recruited – must be provided to the Club Growth Director for verification.
Be a Club Coach Incentive
January 1 2023 – June 30, 2023
For the coaches of clubs that are on track by May 1 to be distinguished or better, the club and the club will be acknowledged at the District 1 Spring Conference. Once officially acknowledged by Toastmasters International, the coaches of the distinguished clubs will each receive $10 District Dollars.
CLUB ENGAGEMENT – EDUCATIONAL AWARDS
February 1, 2023 – March 31, 2023
Clubs that increase member engagement by completing two (2) educational levels within the incentive period, will receive one entry for a Grand Prize valued at $150. For each additional level completed within the incentive period, one additional entry will be granted. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.
DISTINGUISHED CLUB PROGRAM (DCP) – MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
January 1, 2023 – March 31, 2023
Clubs that reach DCP eligibility by the end of March renewals (March 31, 2023), which is to reach charter strength (20+ members) or add a Net + 3 members over membership base as of July 1, 2022 (according to the Club’s dashboard), will receive one entry for a Grand Prize valued at $100. Clubs that also meet the DCP Goals requirement (minimum 5) by the end of the incentive period will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment and a customized 2022-2023 Distinguished virtual background. Clubs that do not meet the DCP Goals minimum by the end of the incentive period, with receive an “Almost Distinguished” Certificate of Accomplishment.
The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.

Clubs that earn a minimum of 5 DCP goals by the end of March renewals (March 31, 2023), without reaching DCP membership eligibility, will receive one entry for a Grand Prize valued at $100. They further will receive an “Almost Distinguished” Certificate of Accomplishment. The winner will be drawn at the conclusion of the incentive period.

The first 15 Clubs that have all 7 Club Officers trained by the Summer Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), held on July 16, 2023, will receive $50 District Dollars and a “2022-2023 Club Officer Trained” ribbon.
100% CLUB OFFICERS TRAINED BY THE DEADLINE (ROUND 1)

Any District 1 Club that has all 7 Club Officers trained by the deadline of August 31, 2022, excluding those Clubs previously recognized for having 7 Club Officers trained at the TLI, will receive a “2022-2023 Club Officer Trained” ribbon.

The first 25 Clubs that submit their Club Success Plan (CSP) by the deadline of September 30, 2022, will receive $25 District Dollars.
