All Club Presidents and VPEs, District Executive Committee members need to be present. No proxy can be accepted on your behalf, and your attendance is critical so that we can achieve a quorum in order to conduct business. Attendees should be logged into Zoom with Video On by 8:45 am or sooner. Upon admittance, all District Council members must update their screen names with role, then first and last name. Attendance at the Business Meeting is FREE, and you can attend via your desktop computer or handheld device using Zoom. Below is the agenda:
