Play a vital role and help District One put on an outstanding event that promises to educate, enlighten, and entertain participants of the conference. Through Toastmasters programming, we help individuals improve their public speaking and leadership abilities. As a corporate sponsor you will be acknowledged for your support of District One and its members.

Besides the warm feeling you receive by being part of helping hundreds of individuals at the conference to improve and grow, there are also very intangible benefits that you will receive, such as:

  • Showcase your business or organization to over 3000 members of District One Toastmasters clubs
  • Expose or introduce your brand to our members while advertising your products and services

Sponsorship Classes

First Class Sponsor ($2500)

  • Signage and visibility in key areas of the Conference. Banner signage not to exceed 4’x2’.
  • Advertisement space on our Guest Information Tables adjacent to the main conference areas. (full table)
  • Ad placement on our District website for 6 months after the conference
  • One Premium Full Page Ad placement in the Conference Program Book ($350 value) (Passed the deadline)
  • Announcement as a sponsor of the Hall of Fame Luncheon or Conference Program Book (Passed the deadline) ($3000 value)
  • Three (3) complementary full day conference registrations with VIP reserved seating at all conference sessions. ($285 value)
  • Photos takes with District One Officers and dignitaries, to be posted on the District One Website

Business Class Sponsor ($1250)

  • Signage and visibility in key areas of the Conference. Banner Signage not to exceed 3’x2’.
  • Advertisement space on our Guest Information Tables adjacent to the main conference areas. (full table)
  • Ad placement on our District website for 3 months after the conference
  • One Inside Full Page Ad placement in the Conference Program Book ($150 value) (Passed the deadline)
  • Announcement as a sponsor of the Leadership Breakfast ($2500 value)
  • Two (2) complementary full day conference registrations with VIP reserved seating at all conference sessions. ($190 value)
  • Photos takes with District One Officers and dignitaries, to be posted on the District One Website

Coach Class Sponsor ($500)

  • Signage and visibility in key areas of the Conference. Banner or Poster Signage not to exceed 2’x2’.
  • Advertisement space on our Guest Information Tables adjacent to the main conference areas. (half table)
  • Ad placement on our District website for 2 months after the conference
  • One Inside Half Page Ad placement in the Conference Program Book ($90 value) (Passed the deadline)
  • Included on Sponsors List posted in main conference areas ($500 value)
  • One (1) complementary full day conference registration with VIP reserved seating at all conference sessions. ($190 value)
  • Photos takes with District One Officers and dignitaries, to be posted on the District One Website.

How to submit ad artwork:

Email digital artwork (only)  to Keith Jackson.
Ads must be in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft (Word or Powerpoint), PDF, JPEG, or PNG format.
Use 300 dpi photos for best reproduction quality.

Note: We will attempt to contact you if the ad is not of sufficient resolution to reproduce in a high quality manner. District One reserves the right to NOT include an ad that will not print well. District One assumes no liability if you miss the deadline to place an ad, after a reasonable number of attempts to contact you have been made.
