OPEN INCENTIVES
TI Beat the Clock – 5 new or reinstated members between 5/1/22 and 6/30/22
8 is Great
We still have a number of UNPAID clubs since the March renewal that we want to help cross the PAID gate so their charters will not be in jeopardy. Clubs that are UNPAID as of May 15, 2022 and reach PAID status on or before June 30, 2022 will receive either a $25, $50 or $75 TI gift certificate, depending on the number of members they have on May 15th. Second Round 100% Officers Trained Ribbon
Any District 1 club that has all seven of their officers trained before or at TLI or at Club Officer Make Up Training sessions by respective deadlines, will receive a District 1 “2021-2022 100% Club Officers Trained” ribbon.
Triple Crown Educationals
Any District 1 Toastmaster who earns 3 or more educational Awards during this Toastmasters year will earn a Triple Crown Pin.
Membership Engagement
Top 3 clubs with the highest Membership Engagement (minimum of 50%) by June 30, 2022 will earn a TI Gift Certificate. First Place $50, Second Place $25), Third Place $15 gift certificate award & Club Feature on our District Social Media Channels. The Top Clubs each month will be highlighted.
Club Coach Pack
Any member who attends club coach training , and coaches whose club a club to Distinguished or better by June 30, 2022 will receive a Club Coach Pack
Monthly Education Recognitions
Any Member who earns an Educational award during the month January – June will be entered into that month’s drawing to receive $15 Toastmasters Gift Certificates. A member is eligible to receive one certificate per monthly drawing.
Distinguished Club Incentive
Clubs that achieve 5 or more DCP Goals and meet the Membership requirements after May 30, 2022 Will receive the following:
*Distinguished Club → $25 TI gift certificate
*Select Distinguished Club → $30 TI gift certificate
*President’s Distinguished Club → $35 TI gift certificate
CLOSED INCENTIVES
Guest Events: Clubs that host one or more Guest Eventsbetween December 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022, and sign up at least one new or reinstated member per month during this period will receive one entry for each new or reinstated member during this period into the drawing. Three winners will be selected. The GRAND PRIZE Winner will receive the following fabulous prizes: a) $100 TI Gift Certificate; b) HD USB Webcam and Microphone (1080p), on a stand (TI Item 6956 or equivalent) and c) 6” Ring Light on tripod (Amazon Mactrem store), suitable for your Virtual or Hybrid Club Meetings; and timing virtual backgrounds, customized with your Club Name. RUNNER UP (1 or 2) will receive a customized virtual background with your Club name and the TI logo, in one of three background colors. Also will receive the timing virtual backgrounds customized with your Club Name. Winning Clubs will be recognized on the District 1 Incentives Winners 2021-2022 landing page.

Clubs that are unpaid as of November 30, 2021 and reach paid status by January 31, 2022, will receive the following: a) Clubs that need one or two new or reinstated members will receive $25 TI Gift Certificate; b) Clubs that need three or four new or reinstated members will receive $50 TI Gift Certificate; and c) Clubs that need five or more new or reinstated members will receive $75 TI Gift Certificate. CLUB SUCCESS PLAN SUBMISSION
The first 50 clubs that submit a Club Success Plan, signed by all officers and a copy sent to their Area Director and Program Quality Director by 9/17/21 will receive a $25 TI Gift Certificate from District 1.
EARLY DUES RENEWAL FOR CLUBS
The first 25 clubs that submit eight renewals by 9/24/21 receive a $25 Gift Certificate.Member Early Dues Renewals – through 9/24/21
EARLY DUES RENEWAL FOR MEMBERS
District 1 members who renew by 9/24/21 receive a “Surprise Envelope” from District 1.
SMEDLEY AWARD (AUG 1 – SEP 30)
The first 50 clubs that add five members by 9/30/21 receive a $25 TI Gift Certificate from District 1. (Member payments must be entered into Club Central from Aug 1 to Sep 30, 2021.)
REBUILD, REIGNITE & RENEW
The first 15 clubs that reinstate three or more former members by 9/30/21 receive a “Surprise Thank You Gift” from District 1.
THE WORLD AMBASSADOR MEMBERSHIP INCENTIVE
The first 15 clubs that add three or more new members from outside District 1 by 9/30/21 will receive a “Surprise World Ambassador Thank You Gift” and each new member will also receive a World Ambassador Virtual Background from District 1. PLUS: the club with the most new members will receive a special prize.
REGISTER AND TRAIN SEVEN CLUB OFFICERS AT TLI (JULY 17, 2021)
The first 20 clubs that have all seven club officers trained at TLI, July 17, 2021, will receive a $50 TI Gift Certificate from District 1.
