As a member of the District Council, your presence is needed at our District 1 Fall Business Meeting, on Saturday, September 26, 2020, 9-11 am on Zoom. If you have not registered already, please register here: https://tinyurl.com/RegisterFallCouncil

All Club Presidents and VPEs, District Steering Committee members, and Area Directors need to be present. No proxy can be accepted on your behalf, and your attendance is critical so that we can achieve a quorum in order to conduct business. Attendance at the Business Meeting is FREE, and you can attend via your desktop computer or handheld device using Zoom. Below is the agenda:

All of the reports are attached in Delegate’s Packet as required by Toastmasters International prior to the Business meeting. To make the best use of our time at this virtual meeting, we ask that you review these documents before the District Council Meeting.
